Not gonna win any awards, but I really enjoyed it. A competently-executed war movie.The book on which it was based ('Horse Soldiers' by Doug Stanton) was absolutely fantastic.Probably on of my favorite books, ever.

Not many movies out anymore that are worth my time, IMO, but This movie was an exception. Good acting and kept my interest, was very surprised by ending. Emotionally a tough one to watch knowing it is based on factual events.

Really doubt the actual event had all the action depicted in the move, but as movies go it will keep your interest and it is based on a true story. They did a very good job; just too much Hollywood in the making.

That quote is so simple yet so complex. A very well done movie. I recommend this to anyone interested in Afghanistan or the USA's response to September 11th.

The description and picture on this movie are a bit vague and misleading. I thought I was getting just the bluray, as that is what is pictured and how it is described. I was happily surprised to get the multiformat edition with bluray, dvd, and digital copy! When I searched for 12 strong on Google only the multiformat shows up, so I suspected this might be the case here.

The movie was great, I loved the story about the events of 9/11 and how the brave military soldiers sacrificed everything to save us all. Great tribute to the military and it was awesome. Highly recommended good movie. Full of action.
