Bought to watch with my granddaughters. They loved and I loved watching it with them. It was great night. Afterwards, they bought me a "I am Kenough'" t- shirt. How cool is that for a grandfather! Not for elementary age kids.

It was an okay movie. I kind of lost interest half way through. It kind of reminded me of the Santa Claus movie with Tim Allen, I donât know why, those are two totally different movies with totally different themes but yeah. Okay movie. Should probably have rented instead of buying.

"Disk made in Mexico" is printed on the packaging. I thought it was just on the plastic wrapper, but it's on the actual case. The plastic isn't even tight, its lumpy. Way to make the movie look chintzy.Also, the case is an Eco-Box(TM), which is the cheapest case of all time. I'm shocked that the box didn't shatter when I took the plastic wrapper off....Anyway, the movie is sad but true, and utterly re-watchable for a number of reasons.Did you know all of the effects are practical, or in-camera? No CGI here! Amazing!

Whether you grew up playing with Barbies, think of yourself as a Barbie Girl or just like a movie loaded with beauty, charm, laughs and music - don't pass this up. There is a lesson in there, but it is so cleverly entwined that you will love it. Take yourself to the Barbie Dreamhouse and enjoy!

The first time I watched this movie in the theaters, I didnât know what I was getting into. I just wanted to watch and see how they would make this movie make sense. I was pleasantly surprised.The movie does try its best and often succeeds in being able to talk about the struggles girls and women experience due to the weird and confining standards society boxes them in.The performances are all around great with a scene stealing monologue from America Ferrera. Barbie land is colorful but makes sense.Being able to watch this at home and watch my mom and sister experience it for the first time was great.
