To be perfectly honest, I was no expecting much, given the subject matter, but was pleasantly surprised and would have given this movie 4&1/2 stars if the rating system allowed.The acting was world class , the directing, story and production were absolutely superb and despite being quite familiar with the events, I was none the less, drawn into the story which has great historical significance as a reminder of how tentative our freedoms and how corrupt the people in power, which was to some extent ignored, because the US,military and CIA is directly responsible for facilitating the international drug trade, which was a point studiously avoided by this film.
