The Mission Impossible series does something most movies with sequels fail miserably in doing. They get better with each release. You can skip 1 and 2, unless you鈥檙e really curious, and start with 3. Lots of action, good acting, great stunts (Cruise does his own with as little blue screen as possible), and good humor. This rating is for the Ultra 4K, and well deserved. It looks fabulous with such high def, and you鈥檒l want to pop it back in to watch again just for the chase scenes.

Package arrived with the casing sealed with transparent plastic. When opened, there are no discs inside and also without the discs' holder, just the empty casing and outside label. Not sure how that happened, but it's the first time for me. quickly sent replacement. The movie is very good, can repeat watching.

I have so much respect for thefacts that there are no green screen fake outs and that Cruise and some of the other actors actually do their own stunts while delivering another MI action packed stunner.I was leaning forward cross arm clutching my waist in anticipation what was waiting around the the corner of the next scene. Ethics, morality, judgement, human fallouts come into playeverywhere. Yes this is the world humanity has built itself and it ain't a pretty one. I was a huge MI fan as a little girl when it was on TV and when it went to cinema with Tom Cruise at the helm I was hoping it would deliver. And it did, movie after movie after MI movie. Bravo!

There's a plot in there somewhere, but it's completely optional. This one is more about seeing how many stunts and classic spy movie scenarios they could fit into one movie. The thing is, they're all really well done and that more than makes up for the mental gymnastics needed to make the plot hang together. (It does, but only by dint of leaving a whole new set of loose ends ... I wouldn't bother if I were you.)So: great stunts, beautiful cinematography, a bit of humour, lots of gadgetryDon't expect anything more and you'll have a blast.

I mean literally. It's hard to even believe how good this movie is. Start to finish, just spectacular. Not a boring or slow millisecond, yet also extremely easy to follow the amazing plot.The other mission impossible movies were good, or great (though MI2 was absolutely terrible and almost killed the entire series if it weren't for JJ Abrams saving it) but this one is one of the best action movies ever. This isn't just another great action movie, it's one of the few that really stand out.Also the camera work is awesome. Visceral yet easy to follow. The helicopter and chase scenes especially were really cool.10/10

This has gotten to be one of my favorite series of movies. I have liked the updated Mission Impossible since I saw the first one but was sketchy about it after the third one though after the fourth they really got their act(s) together. This one is a great addition to the whole story, good villain, good protagonist background stories and the action as usual is top notch.As for the physical media, the disks were new, the case was clean and in new shape. I still like having movies on the shelf and this one is a good addition to the ever growing collection.
