This film singlehandedly changed my life. I am a grown ass man an I am crying about this movie months after I have seen it just to write this review. I am a mere mortal and this movie has shown me that there are gods in this world that walk among us. These men deserve to be honored for the eternity of society that they helped protect. I can honestly say that they deserve Elysium. Thank you for your service and I hope that you know that your heroic acts have changed me gentlemen and I cannot express the feeling of appreciation that I have towards your sacrifice. God bless you.

This is one of the best movie's I've seen in the past several months, let alone all year! It seems like these days when you have a lot of good actors.and actresses, the movie still isn't very good, but this one had the perfect cast to portray these real life heroes in this incredible true story about the Granite Mountain Hotshots Firefighters in Prescott, Arizona, back in '07. This movie is extremely well done and is sure to pull on your heartstrings while watching. I wasn't really sure who Joseph Kosinski was, but he did a fantastic job directing this movie. I highly recommend this movie to everyone! I would like to say more about this movie, but I don't want to ruin anything. Whether you rent or buy, I guarantee you won't be disappointed. I will definitely watch this more than once and am happy that it's joining my library of movies.

I absolutely love this movie. It is kind of heart-wrenching since you know it's based on a true story but I highly recommend watching it.

This really is a must see movie! It was wonderful to see and hear the stories about those brave men. I was glad that Amanda Marsh and Brendan McDonough had a hand in making this movie. The actors did an incredible job and I loved how they cast them to look so similar to the real life heroes they were portraying.I was raised in Prescott, AZ. I attended Prescott High School at the same time as Grant McKee and Robert Caldwell. When I heard the news about the 19 hotspots I couldn't stop crying. This movie was hard to watch, I almost didn't make it through but not because it was bad. It was about my home, about my hometown heroes. I am thankful they were honored and felt the movie did a beautiful job at it. RIP my Granite Mountain Hotshots. Always in my heart and on my mind!
