Assassin's Creed was an entertaining film, told a pretty good story and held my interest. I thought it did a pretty good job of fitting itself into the world of the Creed.Also a pretty good setup for future assassin tales though I don't really expect we'll see much from this franchise going forward.

I'm a big fan of Assassin's Creed because of the games! Now, the movies was visually gorgeous! As well as having a few of my favorite actors. But the thing lacking was character development! For those who have never played the games I assume would be a little lost...other than that it was very entertaining!

Breathtaking scenery, fantastic action, and a satisfying conclusion make this a must see! The plot is relatively simple: the descendant of a member of the Assassins brotherhood is saved from lethal injection and put to the test of locating the "golden apple," an ancient relic believed to hold the key to free will, and last seen in his ancestor's possession. Filled with surprises and a powerful, savvy hero, I could watch this one again and again.

I don't play video games so have never seen the game. I found this fascinating though surreal. You really need to concentrate to keep up with it, which is probably why some hated it. They probably wanted some video game action, not a movie you need to think while enjoying. I am glad we bought it instead of renting so we watch it again. I think repeated watching will show us things we missed the first time.

This is how assassin's creed works. A good fan movie I have to say. Perhaps most of people do not know Assassin's Creed games will feel bad about this movie. But it is still a pretty good fan movie that do have the sole of games. It is so happy that there is no Hollywood junk style in this movie. No way those Hollywood bad story writer to infect this story like what they do to the Killer No.47 and Prince of Persia.

The movie didn't deliver what I'd hoped for...It was decent, but I don't expect any sequels. Full of action, but making a movie based on a video game that has several added plots is hard if not impossible to condense into a roughly 2 hour movie...

Terrible. Absolutely no redeeming qualities except for Marion Cotillard shamelessly referencing 鈥渓eap of faith鈥?by name. If I had a second video game movie night group to watch this with, 10/10 would watch it again.

I liked this movie as a huge fan of the video games (played and beat them all). If you have no reference to the video games, you may not get as much out of it. It鈥檚 still an exciting movie though.

Played all the series and this movie does it justice. Pretty much the exact feel for the series and the actors were great. Wasn't cheesy like some of the other game-to-movies were.I was so excited for the entire thing, so many minor things were encorporated, especially the synchronization parts. They took a few liberties but they worked well.My wife said they didn't explain a few things but she couldn't remember...Great story line, great acting, can't wait for another one!
